Covid-19 Update

As we are starting to live with COVID-19 we are aware that some of our customers still feel very vulnerable. 


We would like to reassure all our customers that our engineers will continue to work in a safe manner, wearing masks if you would prefer them to do so.

As the UK is facing the November lockdown we would like to reassure all our customers that we are operating as normal in accordance with Covid-19 policies and government guidelines.

 If you have an appointment booked with us, we will still see you then.



If you are unwell or self-isolating and we have an appointment with you, please let us know so we can follow the correct government advice and guidance to make the appropriate arrangements to keep you and our staff safe and well.



How we will keep you safe...


Our engineers will be wearing the appropriate PPE and will have antibacterial wipes to clean the surface and any contact points after they have completed the job.


Our engineer will keep their distance from you and adhere to the government guidelines.


What you can do during our engineers visit?


We ask that when our engineer comes into your property that you keep your distance according to the social distance guidelines and if space allows it for you to leave our engineer to work alone in the room.


To allow ventilation in the room(s) our engineer will be working in please leave windows open if possible.


Where possible, please keep open any (internal) entry and exit points to minimise contact points such as door handles.



Office Covid-19 safety...


As you know Adroit services are a family business and the office consists of Paula, Dave, and Sophie who all live in the same household so no need for them to keep their distance.


When the engineers need to come to the office we ask them to stay in the store, and not enter the office bubble.


When the team needs to speak to the engineers we try to do most of this via phones and emails, though when at the store the office and engineers keep their distance.


We do accept cash/ cheque payments, however, we do prefer contactless payment via online banking.


Customers are allowed at the office, however, we may limit one at a time and ask the customers to stay in the store area and we will keep the office door open for ventilation.

Our engineers have disposable masks, visors, gloves, anti bac etc on their van to use.

Our engineers all have anti bacterial wipes on them to clean their work spaces when finished.

We ask that you keep to the 2m distancing to help keep you and our engineers safe.

Where possible we ask that you leave doors open to limit the contact our engineer has inside your property.
