At Adroit Services Limited we only collect basic data in order for us to assist you with your plumbing or heating needs, and closely associated services. Typically the data we hold will consist of: - Name, Address, Email address, Contact numbers, Job history, photographs of work undertaken or appliances and a job history.
Adroit Services Limited has a lawful basis on which we use your information as we process the data to maintain your account with us, to provide services to you and to communicate with you. The data is used arrange surveys, carry out jobs, send reminders and notifications for servicing of appliances and may be used by ourselves to advise you of the services we offer. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us on info@adroitservices.co.uk.
We only pass your data to other trusted firms who are an adjunct to these services. We do not sell your data. Data may also be used to carry out follow-up calls or emails by a member of Adroit Services Limited to ensure satisfaction with work completed.
